I ate a McChicken, fries, and a seeet tea with a taste of Oreo McFlurry. I felt a little nauseated afterwards. At 5am I woke up with diarrhea, sweating, stomach pain, and nausea. Never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
