On 8/16/22 around 11am at the location near PV Mall- Ordered a plain quarter pounder with cheese and a crispy chicken sandwich with no pickle. (Although I could taste that they had only removed the pickle instead of making a new sandwich.) I ate half of each and had stomach pain and diarrhea less than 10 minutes later. I have had stomach cramps diarrhea for the passed 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
