I am now, today, finally able to get out of bed.  I dehydrated from a full day of vomiting, and still have diarrhea to date.   Two of us, myself and my friend both ordered cheeseburgers around lunchtime . Symptoms started early evening. 
Started Wednesday early evening after eating a cheeseburger there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating
