It was 9:30 In the morning and was looking for breakfast so I stopped at this Mc Donald’s and I ordered a Sausage Egg Mc Muffin so I ate it when I got home. Mind you I live 2 minutes away. After I ate the Sausage Egg McMuffin I decided to take a nap and about an hour and a half later I was abruptly woken from my nap by stomach pains to which I rushed downstairs to my bathroom and I started to have diarrhea. This was the worst diarrhea of my life and Mc Donald’s is to blame. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
