I had for lunch a medium #3 from McDonald's which is a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. While eating the burger, I started feeling very weird and my stomach was rumbling. By the time I finished the burger I felt so sick I didn't even want to eat the fries. I felt like I was going to vomit. I drove home and I immediately ran to the bathroom and threw up. Over the past 3 days now I've been vomiting and had non stop diarrhea so bad that I'm already down 15lbs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
