Quarter pounder with cheese. I picked up dinner for my daughter and myself at 6:45pm 1/12/21 and we ate about 5 minutes after purchase. I’m the only one suffering. I ate about 3/4 of my hamburger but didn’t like how it tasted I felt nauseated about 30 minutes after eating and had indigestion followed by a headache. I ate a couple tums and went to bed. About for hours later I woke needing to go to the bathroom. I have diarrhea and vomiting and headache with mild fever and can’t get hydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Indigestion
