Filet o fish Yesterday around 1:35 I ordered 2 filet ofish 2 6 piece nuggets a big mac an 2 middle cokes an fries. I was asked to pull over food came out a couple of mins later came right home. I eat the fish fries an a couple of nuggets my husband ate the big mac fries an nuggets. About 30mins after eating the fish I felt like I had to use the rest room I got up felt nauseous went in the restroom an my stomach was cramping instantly it was coming out both ends. Vomiting lasted until I had no more food left I still have diarrhea an my stomach is very floppy no fever . I didnt eat anything at all that day. I still have. The other sandwich I'm still feeling sick it's been over 24hrs.5/22/21 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Nausea, Cramps, Fever
