I got my boyfriend food from McDonalds at around 5pm on 2/27/25. I got him a hot n spicy extra mayo and a medium fry and a large Dr. Pepper. He came home to me complaining his stomach was hurting. We went to bed at 9pm , and at 12 he was up puking and having diarrhea. It is now 2am and we are in the hospital because the puking has not stopped and his stomach is physically in pain. He has the cold shakes as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
