Burgers Suspected, Nuggets Safe - McDonald's, Charles Town West Virginia

Family went out to eat for dinner. One person ate Taco Bell, two people ate Blaze Pizza, four people had McDonalds. The only people waking up sick and throwing up (or nearly throwing up) at 3:30am were the ones who ate McDonalds burgers. Everyone else is fine including one person who only ate nuggets and fries at McDonalds (not a burger). No doubt the burgers caused food poisoning. Those who were affected missed work and school because of illness this morning and are still miserable. 😭 Fun family night out turned into a miserable morning. Other symptoms in addition to nausea and vomiting that showed up as the day progressed include, extreme lethargy, headaches, body aches and explosive diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headache, Body Ache
