My mom bought my son who is 2.5 a kid's meal from McDonald's around 1230/1pm. It was a 4 piece chicken nuggets, apple slices, fries and chocolate milk. Around midnight he started vomitting. A few hours later he vomitted again this time with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
