Cheeseburger Nausea & Vomiting - McDonald's, Omak Washington

On 6/02/19 ordered 2 cheeseburgers and order of fries. Ate one cheeseburger and almost immediately became nauseated, broke out in a sweat, made it to the bathroom and vomited. Nausea subsided and felt better. Hadn't been in a long time. Will not go back. What is wrong with their food? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
