Coke, chicken, I got a large coke with ice and two hot and spicy mchickens. I ate one mcchicken and had a few sips of the coke over the next 30 minutes I started feeling really ill. My blood pressure dropped and I got nauseous and threw up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
