I ate a Big Mac and a 6 piece chicken nugget and on my drive home I instantly knew something was wrong. I was back and fourth all night long into the morning vomiting along with diarrhea. I had a fever, cold chills, sore throat from dry heaving. I was weak for a day, didnt have the strength to get out of bed let alone make myself toast without feeling like I was going to faint. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills, Sore Throat, Soreness
