Bought a cheeseburger, medium fries , two chicken strips and large drink. Did not eat the strips. After eating the burger and fries and hour later i woke up from extreme stomach pain. Uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea and fever. The pain was so much i had to lay on the floor. The next day the vomiting reduced but continued after I consumed food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
