Late-Night Fast Food Illness - McDonald's, Lakeland Florida

It was around 10:30 on Saturday night 3/2/18 I ordered a McDouble w no mustard and 10 piece chicken nuggets. Free fries with my app from purchasing nuggets.
Ate it right when I got home. Everything was good and fine. Then all of a sudden I’m wide awake at 3:30am having to run to the bathroom to vomit. It happened 3 more times by 10:3am.

I am feeling ok. Just weak, drinking liquids. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
