Had a cheese burger, fries and McFlurry yesterday by the afternoon very nauseous then really bad vomiting all night and diarrhoea. Still very nauseous, I was the only one who ate and I’m the only one who is sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
