Me and my boyfriend went to McDonald's on Saturday 3rd December at 9pm. Both had a double cheeseburger and chips, at 3am on December 4th he started being violently sick, and I have had explosive diarrhoea since. Doctors at 5pm today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
