I ordered my usual, which included nuggets, fries, and apple slices. However, I also got a chocolate shake with my order, which was a first for me. Ate around 1pm, didn’t feel super great as the day went on, and finally 12 hours later I had severe indigestion and cramping. I woke up through the night in pain, sweaty, and nauseated. I assumed it was an IBS flare up and went back to sleep, finally around 8:30am I woke up and literally soiled myself. The pain was crazy. Proceeded to have horrible diarrhea throughout the day, along with a fever, migraine, fatigue, cramps, and indigestion. Couldn’t even work from home due to the severity of the fatigue and pain. Cramping is still continuing 2 days later off/on, not feeling 100% still, but I fully believe it was the shake that caused it. Everything else I ate that day was shared by somebody else, and I was the only person to feel ill at all. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Fatigue, Indigestion, Migraine, Sweating, Shaking
