Bought a mchicken I noticed it had old brown lettuce so I picked it off and ate it. Was sick a few hours later. Going on day 4. Day 1-3 symptoms included stomach cramps, nausea, gas, fever, chills, body aches. Day 4 nausea and constant diarrhea. I've lost 5lbs since this began. I'm still waiting for the symptoms to subside.
