20.00 on 17/03/26. I ordered and ate X5 Chicken Select meal with chips (which also had 1 loose chicken nugget in with the selects which I ate), X2 sweet chili sauce, X1 curry sauce, X1 pot of ketchup from the pump and an Oasis with ice drink. Pain from stomach cramps started at around 21.00, then were on going until around 00.00, I then used the toilet between 00.00-06.00 X3 times with severe diarrhea. I still have slight stomach cramps now while writing this and feel quite unwell. I only drank water after eating this meal so I know it was nothing else that has caused this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
