I ordered a fillet fish meal with a strawberry shake on Saturday 23rd march 2019. It was the only thing I had eaten at approx 6pm by that night I got violent stabbing pains in my lower abdomen for around 2hours with sweats and high temp also diareah. I have still got the cramps but way less than on 1st night. Very unhappy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Sweating
