Intl Menu: Nausea & Diarrhea - McDonald's, Rockford Illinois

I ordered off of the new international menu yesterday and got the tomato parmesan chicken sandwich. I have been feeling nauseous and have had diarrhea for 24 hours. It started an hour after I ate it and if I don't get better soon, I will be making a doctors appointment.
