A couple of hours after eating 2 burgers and chips from McDonald's in Llanelli I experienced severe stomach aches. This was followed by copious vomiting and diarrhoea. This happened at about 14:30 on Tuesday 12th November 2024. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
