Severe Reaction to Chicken - McDonald's, Llanelli Wales

I went to McDonald's drive through Saturday 4th of July 2026, I ate a 5 pack of chicken selects and chips, that's all I'd had that day. Roughly 6 hours later I began projectile vomiting and diarrhea which lasted 7 hours. I'm severely dehydrated and unable to keep water down still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
