Fast Food Illness Outbreak - McDonald's, Chatham England

Visited Chatham mc donalds with some friends yesterday 8th august. Items consumed were the cheesy bites, 2 x burger happy meals and a chicken burger and mc flurry’s.

One of us had cheese bites, 2 had burger happy meals and i had a chicken burger. All 4 people became sick within 3 hours of consuming the food. The happy meal individuals vomited and the other 2 individual have been nausea with stomach cramps, stomach aches and diarrhoea since a few hours later which has continued into the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
