Family Ill After McDonald's Meal

We received great service on the top floor but about 3 hours afterwards 2 children and then 2 adults became ill from eating burger happy meals, garlic cheese bites, chocolate milkshake,cappuccino and oreo Mcflurry. Symptoms were diarrhoea, stomach ache, vomiting and nausea.

Cheeseburger Causes Rapid Illness

I literally had a cheeseburger, fries and some cheese melts, within half an hour I had horrendous stomach cramps, was vomiting, had diarrhea and was shivering and sweating at the same time
