Cold McGriddles, Severe Symptoms - McDonald's, New York

On May 13'th around 9-10 am we ordered several sausage egg and cheese mc.griddles and mc.griddle chickens as well as some drinks. When I got home I ate 2 sausage egg and chesse mc.griddles, noticed 2 of them were somewhat poorly wrapped but didn't think much of it at the time. After eating them I noticed there were somewhat cold and had a salty taste. I was feeling tired at the time so I went to lay down for a nap but was overcome with fever, chills and nausea a few hours later that persisted into the next day where I started vomiting and having body weakness and severe diarrhea.
