Me and my partner ordered a fish fillet meal, halloumi fries and x2 toffee crispy Mcflurries less than 24 hours, we both had severe vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.I actually passed out due to the nausea and ended up waking up in a daze.
We believe it to be noravirus and I think McDonald's need their staff to be checked as this is not normal as we both hadn't been out all weekend and hadn't eaten out apart from McDonald's and within 6 hours we were both severely sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I remember hearing from an ex-McDonald's employee that the Fish Fillets are usually left out all day and are generally considered unsafe.
