McFlurry & Fish Fillet Illness - McDonald's, Birmingham England

6 months ago reported by user-xcbt4492 business

McDonald's, Holyhead Road, West Bromwich, Birmingham, UK

152 Holyhead Road, Birmingham, B21 0AP England, United Kingdom

Me and my partner ordered a fish fillet meal, halloumi fries and x2 toffee crispy Mcflurries less than 24 hours, we both had severe vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.

I actually passed out due to the nausea and ended up waking up in a daze.

We believe it to be noravirus and I think McDonald's need their staff to be checked as this is not normal as we both hadn't been out all weekend and hadn't eaten out apart from McDonald's and within 6 hours we were both severely sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I remember hearing from an ex-McDonald's employee that the Fish Fillets are usually left out all day and are generally considered unsafe.
