Ordered quarter pounder meal at 10:30am 6may McDonald’s. Took a bite, burger was hard and cold. Put a thermometer into meat and reading was 30•c (well below the safe 70•c) and chips were 25•c- manager did not know at what temp it should be served. Fever, nausea, diarrhoea and vomiting followed within 3 hours of eating | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
