6-18-19 I ordered a 4pc nugget and a triple cheese burger along with large fries at 2pm on my way to work. Around 6pm i started to feel sick to my stomach and the chills came around 1130pm and at 130am i was woken up by a major hot flash and sweating and then ended up throwing up along with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
