6:45pm 5/14/19 my wife and I both had the filet o fish and fries. Both of us had diarrhea, nausea and chills after 20 or 30 minutes then vomiting about an hour later. I believe it was the tarter sauce but not sure. Very sick all night, multiple rounds of diarrhea and vomiting. Never going back to that !!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
