Cold Burger, Next-Day Illness - McDonald's, Issoire Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

Yesterday evening I ate a menu at McDonald's. It was cold when I arrived home (15min drive) the next morning around 10 am abdominal pain followed by nausea. Early afternoon severe fatigue followed by cramps and chills. At approximately 16:15, vomiting started. The undigested pieces of the day before were hamburger bread.
