Yesterday evening I ate a menu at McDonald's. It was cold when I arrived home (15min drive) the next morning around 10 am abdominal pain followed by nausea. Visited in February 2022 and ill with vomiting, big stomach cramps and diarrhea. Visit again yesterday September 7 and rebelote sick with the same symptoms. The restaurant has very poor hygiene given the room I dare not imagine in the kitchen.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
