I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal with fries and a sweet tea before going to bed last night. I was fine when I went to sleep, but when I woke up, I went to brush my teeth and immediately began to throw up ALL of the chicken nuggets I ate. (I only ate like 6.5 because I was full before I finished the rest) No fries, no tea, straight chicken meat and the skin that was on them (not even sure if my body had digested it overnight). I’ve also been to the restroom 4 times by 3:00 P.M. In my entire 24 years on earth, I have NEVER thrown up chicken nuggets. Never again will I eat McDonalds “chicken nuggets”. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
