Over the past month or so my son has had two happy meals, both chicken nuggets with fries only and bbq sauce. My other son only eats the hamburger happy meals. Both times my son who are the nuggets has woke up vomiting the next morning. My son who ate the burger hasn’t gotten sick either time. I’m thinking it’s the nuggets. This is only recently too but definitely will be the last time he eats there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
