I went to McDonald's after I finished work for my usual - McChicken Sandwich, Fries and a hot chocolate. It was between midnight and 1am. A young man served me, when he asked his colleagues if anyone was preparing my sandwich, all I heard was giggling from the back of the kitchen, so that would be a no. I ate my food in the car on my way home whilst my boyfriend drove. The burger tasted a bit off so I looked inside to find soggy rotten bits of lettuce and about two bits of less rotten looking lettuce. By this point I'd eaten a few mouthfuls of the burger and threw the rest away. At approximately 3.30am I awoke to excruciating abdominal cramps, I felt sick also. I went to the bathroom and that's when the diarrhea and vomiting started, it was absolutely horrible. I am pregnant and just hope that my baby is okay after what has happened. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
