Ate a Hawaiian pizza but instead of bacon it’s pepperoni. Then in a couple of hours I had to use the bathroom and it was bad but tolerable, the next day however, was terrible, I had the worst diarrhea and this episode wasn’t the first time it’s happened. I ordered the American pizza and the same happened. Honestly a shame, I love their pizzas. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
