Southwest Salad Illness - McDonald's, Lafayette Indiana

i had just the southwest salad... there was a strange, almost sweet liquid in the bottom of the salad.. about an hour after eating i started to get stomach cramps so i laid down for a nap.. 4 hours later i woke up with severe stomach cramps and the sweats. i hurried to the bathroom and had very violent diarrhea... and halfway through i was sick on my lap. big mess. i was sick off and on throughout the night, and stayed in best most of the next day. i still have stomach cramps today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
