Ordered a strawberry milkshake as a very hot day today (Sat 17th June 23)and wanted to drink it outdoors & cool off. 1hr later severe cramping; swollen abdomen, flatulence and then urgency for the bathroom leading to explosive diarrhoea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Flatulence, Cramps, Swelling

Maybe you are allergic to dairy
Exactly the same happens to me. Thinking may have lactose intolerance as long life milk causes the same
