Bought egg and cheese McMuffin this morning. Ate it after maybe 40 mins. I took the top muffin off and ate the bottom bread with cheese and egg. Finished it all actually. Less than 30 mins later, my stomach felt very very painful. Sort of like cramps.…

Ordered a strawberry milkshake as a very hot day today (Sat 17th June 23)and wanted to drink it outdoors & cool off. 1hr later severe cramping; swollen abdomen, flatulence and then urgency for the bathroom leading to explosive diarrhoea
