Bought egg and cheese McMuffin this morning. Ate it after maybe 40 mins. I took the top muffin off and ate the bottom bread with cheese and egg. Finished it all actually. Less than 30 mins later, my stomach felt very very painful. Sort of like cramps. And then had to rush to the toilet. I sat down and tried to be okay for a bit. Maybe a good 20 mins. As soon as I got up I started throwing up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
