Last Sunday, on a simple and relaxing day, my boyfriend and I had lunch at McDonald's. It must have been around 15:00. He gave me a McFirst Chicken menu with a Chicken Bacon McWrap. When I started eating the burger, my stomach was quickly full, although under normal circumstances everything is supposed to be fine since I am a big foodie. A simple small menu does not scare me. However, this time I noticed a rather bland chicken, excessive sauces in the burger which caused great difficulty in finishing it. I still wanted to continue eating the next part that was the Wrap, but at a moment it stopped I couldn't because the chicken was not as usual. After eating these two sandwiches, I vomited 4 hours later after a long nap. A huge stomachache for 4 days has affected me a lot and does not feel good at all. I also have diarrhea and am extremely tired. My tummy is not doing well because of the non-fresh products from the big McDonald's brand. Some friends also told me about the gastric problems they had encountered in this McDonald's.So little advice; be careful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Fatigue
