Got a fish sandwich from McDonalds on September 19th. 30 minutes after eating the sandwich I was vomiting with extreme stomach pain that caused blood. Went and seen the Doctor on Saturday who wanted me to goto the emergency room. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
