I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin from this location and after about an hour I was in excruciating pain for almost two hours with intense diarrhea, vomiting, and severe stomach ache. I’ve been in bed all day. What a waste and I will NEVER AGAIN EAT FAST FOOD! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
