Happy Meal Illness: Symptoms - McDonald's, Worthing England

I had a happy meal cheese burger and chips around 1pm on Sunday 28th June. By 6pm my stomach started hurting. By 8pm I was also feeling sick. By 10pm I had vomiting and diarrhea.
