food I ordered a breakfast (double sausage and egg McMuffin with hash browns) and about twenty minutes after finishing it I felt extremely sickly. From then on my stomach gradually got worse as the discomfort got more and more severe. I had diarrhoea only an hour after eating the meal. So far I have been up all night vomiting my guts out, unable to hold water or anything.
