Ate food quarter pounder and French fires at 11:30 am went to work at 12:30 pm ate big mac and rest of fries drank Dr. Pepper within an hour or so started having an upset stomach and neasea. By 4:30pm I had to leave work do to neasea, uncontrollable diharrea, and vomiting. 9:44pm and I am still having diarrhea severe stomach cramps and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
