Fast Food Illness After Big Mac - McDonald's, Rochester New York

I ate a big Mac and a quarter pounder with cheese at around 8pm on Thursday June 14 2024. I woke up about 6am Friday and my stomach hurt so bad I immediately ran to the bathroom and vomited. I tried to drink some ginger ale and immediately vomited again. I have diarrhea, stomach ache, chills, nausea and fever. It is now Saturday afternoon and I am still ill. I can't eat or drink anything because it comes right back I noticed that the bottom buns were hard so I know they were sitting around for a while, but I ate them anyway. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
