My spouse and I ate McDonald's dinner on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at around 10:30pm. The next morning I had severe stomach pains accompanied by nausea and vomiting throughout the day as well as diarrhea. My spouse's symptoms came later in the day with the same symptoms as me. We ate Big Mac, cheeseburger, Big Tasty, and a little wrap. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
