April 12th I ate a Bacon McDouble meal at the stittsville location, it was the only thing I ate that day. My partner had a junior chicken meal. The burger tasted a bit off but I thought it might have been left out for a few minutes before it went into the bag. I was up an entire night vomiting every 20 minutes with a high fever. My partner did not get sick from his food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
